What The Cat Dragged In... Yuck!

A mole? I think that is what this thing is. I found it lying in the hall a few minutes ago. Ewwww.... And last night one of these rushed into the house of someone else I know here in town and attacked her dog. The police were called, and they came and tasered the attacker. Yikes! Mutant moles on the attack. I'm an animal lover, but I must admit I do NOT like the looks of these things. What do you think about them?

I think one of your cats is FREAKING ASS BRAVE! Yee, gods!

Once a friend was frantically trying to find out the source of a horrrrrible odor in her house. They searched high and low. No dice. Then, she laid down to nap on the couch and thought, sniff, sniff, this couch pretty much stinks and...

There was a dead mole in the cushions!!!! Right by her face.

I've never heard a good mole story, except Wind in the Willows, I think.

I've never heard of a mole attacking a dog.... that's freaky!

My cat likes to bring in voles, which are a lot like moles (I think they are smaller)

And every now and then, he'll bring in a live rabbit or mouse. He likes to chase them around the family room while I'm chasing him and the dog is chasing all of us.

I don't think cats should be allowed to use the doggie door!

yuck, that's gross! Our cat keeps catching birds.

Our cat younger cat brings mice and voles in, but he doesn't seem to have figured out how to kill them so we end up chasing scared and/or angry rodents around.

Ewww! Your cat must be very brave to attack such a big, ugly creature. I certainly wouldn't want to see that thing in my house! You have the strangest things happen it seems!

Thanks for the comments everyone. It's interesting how many comments a creepy looking rodent attracts! I don't know which cat did battle with this creature and dragged it in the house, but I'm kinda glad it was dead when I found it. I wouldn't have wanted to try and catch & rescue that beastie! Although I did once rescue a more dangerous critter one of my cats brought in... a live rattlesnake!!!
