Wild Onions

I picked these lovely wild onions, or scallions, today. They were growing out in a corner of the yard. I'm looking forward to eating them! And aren't they pretty?

Thank you Jaya, for stopping by at Anastasia's blog!
You know - if the useless human would be a bit better with some kind of movie editing program.... Anastasia could have worn her glasses!
But the human doesn't know how to do it.... Good help us hard to find!!!

....cut them up and put in the cottage cheese, and may be spoon of yogurt and some salt and pepper, and if you have red radish - tastes so good. This is what our mom used to make us back in Europe when we had everything growing in the garden, and on demand. Anna :)

Mmmmm, that sounds good, Anna. I wound up putting these ones into a big pot of chicken barley veggie soup I made. It was great. But there are still some more of these out in the yard. I can pull them up to try with cottage cheese!
